What is Soul 13?
Back in the States, I occasionally revisited that realm, but it slipped from my daily thoughts. In the following months, my energy system underwent a huge upgrade. I started downloading light languages, and soon after, I spent months toning specific archangels. I perceived that this toning was working on layers of my energy field that held fear. It wasn't until I went back to Costa Rica with my family that I realized that it was Arenal who was behind all of this.

Knowing that Arenal had more gifts to reveal, I made a pilgrimage to Costa Rica in January 2024. Over three intense days, the volcano unveiled a series of teachings—the Thirteen Gateways to the Soul. At each gateway, Arenal illuminated the shadows I needed to confront and imparted powerful, new energy frequencies. I learned that the lower gateways store ancient pain and wounds, while Gateway Six marks the entrance to our inner divine temple, where we encounter the presence of God within. Thus, Soul 13® was born—a transformative path grounded in the ancient wisdom of Arenal, guiding others through the sacred gateways of their own soul journey.
I went to Costa Rica for a vacation in 2021, just a chance to relax and have a good time. Little did I know that my life was about to change; that untold wisdom was about to come pouring into and through me. One afternoon, while soaking in the hot springs of La Fortuna, I felt an overwhelming sense of bliss. It wasn’t just the warm thermal waters or the sounds of birds and howler monkeys in the distance; I sensed something deeper. The energy of the Arenal Volcano seemed to be a clear presence, contributing to this euphoric experience.
As a nature channeler, I often connect with plants and trees, so on a whim, I reached out to Arenal the way I would to a tree, offering a healing as an act of gratitude. To my amazement, I felt Arenal pause in surprise. She allowed me to release a layer of grief that she was holding. Working on a rock was new to me,—dense and slow—but I stuck with it. In response, Arenal revealed a hidden realm within herself, a space that seemed to be devoted to healing relationships. As I sat in that realm, I felt an easing and softening of the challenging relationships in my life.
